Arya Esrafily holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. He initially began at TRI Princeton as an intern and quickly excelled to a fulltime research associate. As a Sr. Research Associate his focus is in hair care testing with specialization in split end repair, color fade, and mechanical testing. Arya is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering in order to broaden his expertise in material component structures, processing, and characterization which holds high appeal in the consumer product good industry.
