TRI Conferences
TRI hosts the International Conference on Applied Hair Science every 2 years, alongside other shorter technical symposia.

On-Line Courses
TRI provides highly regarded on-line courses in hair science and in skin science. Our courses focus on hair and skin biology and the key measurement techniques used in the industry for product development and supporting claims.

TRI loves to stimulate scientific debate. We regularly hold free on-line seminars called TRI Talks that reach-out to scientists around.

Launched in April 2020, to help people through lockdown during the COVID19 pandemic, on-line TRI talks on Zoom attract large audiences from around the world. Dr Ernesta Malinauskyte is pictured here giving her talk on hair lipids.
Teaching
As part of our educational mission, TRI staff members teach cosmetic science to undergraduate and post-graduate students at Universities in the US and UK.
TRI staff also teach at Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC) events in the US, and Society of Cosmetic Scientists (SCS) events in the UK.
