Consultation Process

Part of TRI’s not-for-profit mission is to support businesses and entrepreneurs through sharing our expertise and experience in claims testing. Each project is different, so we like to spend time with our clients to understand what it is, exactly, they need, and to offer the most cost effective and practical solutions. This expert consultancy comes at no extra cost to our clients.

TRI does not offer a price list for our tests, since each protocol we develop is different. Prices vary according to the size and complexity of the test protocols. There are also discounts to TRI Member Companies, and for pre-payment.

Clinical and pre-clinical tests will take several weeks to complete. However, laboratory-based tests usually take 3-4 weeks to perform; from receipt of your samples at TRI, to issuing the study report. Exact timings will depend on the workload at the time. TRI Member Companies are given priority for testing slots.  Tests can be expedited, if necessary, for an extra charge.

TRI’s support for clients doesn’t stop after the study report has been sent-out. We are always happy to run through the data and to help you interpret your findings. TRI cannot, however, underwrite claims packages. For this you will need a claims lawyer or regulatory affairs specialist.

All the data collected in claims studies performed by TRI remains the property of the clients and will not be shared with any third party, unless express permission is given.
