Over her 20+year career at J&J Consumer Health (now Kenvue), Neena has held various positions within Skin, Hair and Baby Care R&D including science & technology innovation, scientific & medical affairs, product claims substantiation, and clinical & consumer research roles. 

Currently, Neena is the head of the global Clinical Operations team supporting all segments at Kenvue (self-care, skin health & beauty, and essential health) with responsibility for operationalizing clinical studies across Tylenol, Zyrtec, Nicorette, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Johnson’s Baby, Listerine and Band-Aid brands globally, providing Study & Data Management, Biostatistics, Clinical Supplies and Clinical systems expertise and responsibility.

Neena has a BS from Purdue University and her PhD from Princeton University. She is a two-time Johnson’s Medal winner awarded for technology innovation, an inventor on 5 granted patents, has authored 20+ peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and presented 70+ posters or invited presentations at medical & scientific conferences.
